Returns

No return shipments will be accepted without our prior permission and instructions. If an error was made in placing or filling your order, please advise us promptly. Most errors result from failing to specify BOTH PRODUCT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION at the time of placing the order. No cancellations or returns will be allowed on custom order products. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for catalog items accepted for return. No returns or claims will be allowed beyond 60 days for any reason.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please be aware that all refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a transaction fee of up to 4.5%. This fee is applied to cover processing charges incurred during the initial transaction and subsequent refund process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
